Responsibilities 📝

• 🤝 Greet and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and compassionate manner
• 🔍 Check insurance eligibility and assist with prior authorizations
• 📞 Answer phones, coordinate patient flow, and support front desk operations
• 🗂️ Accurately document and update information in the medical record system

Qualifications 🎓

• 🗣️ Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
• 🌐 Ability to speak Cantonese, Fujianese, or Spanish is a plus
• 🗓️ Availability to work some weekends is preferred
• 🎓 High school diploma, GED, or higher is required
• 🔎 Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• 🗣️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• 💼 Prior medical office or front desk experience is a plus
