Responsibilities 🩺

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
• Obtain patient medical history and perform basic testing as needed
• Support clinical and administrative workflows to help ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality

Qualifications 🎓

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
• Ability to speak Spanish, Cantonese, or Fujianese is strongly preferred
• Availability to work some weekends is required
• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
