📝 Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
• Obtain patient medical history and perform basic testing as needed
• Support clinical and administrative workflows to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality

🎓 Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required 🗣️
• Ability to speak Spanish, Cantonese, or Fujianese is strongly preferred 🌐
• Availability to work some weekends is required
• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus
• Knowledge of medical insurance is a bonus
