NY Partners in Health is looking for a caring and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to support our healthcare professionals and patients. If you're patient-focused, organized, and thrive in a dynamic clinical environment, we want to hear from you!

🛠️ Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
• Obtain patient medical history and perform basic testing as needed
• Support clinical and administrative workflows to ensure efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient confidentiality

🎓 Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required
• Ability to speak Spanish, Cantonese, or Fujianese strongly preferred
• Availability to work some weekends is required
• High school diploma, GED, or higher
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior healthcare office experience is a plus
• Knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
