Job Summary

The Manager, Supply Chain Operations oversees and optimizes Sinai's Supply Chain functions, including:

• Inventory management
• Supply replenishment
• Receiving and distribution (internal and external)
• Central stores
• Mail services

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving system-wide initiatives and fostering a shared commitment to future goals
• Communicating and promoting the value of the Supply Chain organization
• Identifying opportunities to enhance services and stakeholder collaboration
• Planning, prioritizing, and implementing logistics programs aligned with strategic objectives
• Setting continuous improvement goals and developing strategies for ongoing enhancement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5-7 years in supply chain or related fields
• Education:
  • Required: Associate's Degree
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
