About the Opportunity
We are seeking seasoned and dependable culinary professionals to contribute immediately during busy dinner service. This role is ideal for cooks ready to step into a fast-paced environment, demonstrate their skills, and grow within a hospitality-focused operation.
Compensation & Perks 💰
- Hourly pay: $18–22/hour, commensurate with experience and station expertise

Key Responsibilities 📝
- Execute high-quality food prep and line cooking during service
- Operate stations including grill, sauté, pasta, expo, and prep as needed
- Maintain consistency, organization, and a sense of urgency during high-volume shifts
- Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures accurately
- Assist with prep, station setup, and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times
- Support effective teamwork and communication within kitchen operations
- Contribute to a professional and efficient service environment
Ideal Candidate Background 👨🍳
- At least 2+ years of experience as a line cook in:
- Scratch kitchens
- Italian restaurants
- Steakhouses
- Resorts or hotels
- Upscale or polished casual dining concepts
- Experience with:
- Grill and sauté stations
- Pasta preparation
- Wood-fired cooking (preferred)
- High-volume dinner service
- Multi-station execution
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are mandatory due to the location
