Role & Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill lifestyle requests such as travel arrangements, event planning, dining reservations, and personal shopping 🗺️🛍️
• Research and recommend unique and exclusive experiences tailored to client preferences 🌟
• Build and maintain strong relationships with preferred vendors and suppliers to ensure top-tier service 🤝
• Handle and resolve any issues or concerns promptly during request fulfillment 🚧
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and requests 📝
• Collaborate with team members to continually improve service quality 🚀
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide innovative and relevant services 📈

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field 🎓
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality or concierge services ⭐
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellence 💖
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments ⚡
