What You Bring

Professional Foundation

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's in finance or business preferred)
• Current NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Customer service experience in mortgage or financial services
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and regulations

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
• Comfort with technology and quick learner of new systems
• Skilled in data entry, filing, and document management systems
