Job Summary

We are actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic educator fluent in both Spanish and English to join our esteemed team at our full Spanish immersion center. While the primary language within our center is Spanish, proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging lesson plans aligning with the prescribed curriculum.
• Cultivate cognitive, motor, and social skills development in preschool children.
• Foster an inclusive and positive learning environment that supports student growth.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and parents to support comprehensive student development.

Experience

• Proven proficiency in teaching, tutoring, or childcare roles.
• Knowledge of special education methodologies is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus.
• Background in daycare, toddler care, or early childhood education is beneficial.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
