Position Overview
Center For Family Services is seeking an experienced and dedicated Lead Case Manager to support the Juntos Program in Bridgewater, NJ. This role involves coordinating case management services, supervising staff, and ensuring the safe and timely release of unaccompanied children in care.

🌟 Position Summary
The Lead Case Manager will:
- Coordinate case management and release services
- Supervise case management staff
- Assess needs of unaccompanied children
- Develop Individual Service Plans
- Screen for human trafficking concerns
- Facilitate the safe discharge of children and youth
- Document services provided in case files
📝 Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct counseling and case management services
- Perform specialized program activities
- Complete required documentation and reporting
- Meet regularly with supervisors and participate in professional development
- Contribute to agency committees and projects
- Foster positive communication and teamwork
- Supervise 6 case managers, maintaining an UNAC ratio of 1:8 and ensuring compliance with duties
🎓 Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Two years of counseling experience with high-risk youth and families
- Minimum one-year experience in case management and family reunification services
- Previous supervisory experience is mandatory
- Excellent driving skills & valid driver's license with a clean record for at least three years
- Own vehicle with current insurance and registration
