About the Role

We are seeking a skilled instructor to evaluate and enhance AI chatbots by measuring their progress, analyzing their logic, and developing new conversational scenarios. Your expertise will directly impact the quality and performance of our AI models.

Responsibilities

• Writing and editing: Create and refine conversations for AI chatbots to improve responsiveness.
• Evaluation: Assess the outputs of AI models for accuracy and performance.
• Measurement: Conversationally interact with chatbots in Korean and English to track their development.

Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Korean and English.
• Expertise: Demonstrated linguistics knowledge and attention to detail.
• Grammar & Style: Excellent command of grammar, style, and maintaining brand voice.
• Education: A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
