📝 Requirements

• ITAR: No sponsorship available 🚫
• Experience: Heavy hands-on UKG or ADP experience required
• Skills: Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
• Experience Range: 3 to 8 years of payroll or HRIS experience preferred
• Additional Knowledge: Accounting skills for invoice reconciliation

🔍 Position Overview

This role will be instrumental in expanding and optimizing the partially implemented ADP system. The successful candidate will help build out full functionality across payroll, recruiting, and employee management modules.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Lead and support the full ADP system implementation and ongoing optimization
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with company policies
• Reconcile monthly benefit invoices across multiple carriers
• Convert and analyze data from PDF files into detailed Excel reports
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on payroll-related processes
• Support the long-term development of payroll as a standalone function
