About the Role

We are currently seeking dedicated Remote Korean Contract Interpreters to join our OnDemand service, PropioONE. This role involves delivering high-quality interpretation services that adhere to industry standards and client expectations.

Contract Responsibilities

• 🗣️ Provides consecutive, first-person interpretation.
• 🔎 Follows interpreter protocols and procedures as required by Propio L.S. clients.
• 🔒 Maintains confidentiality and adheres to Propio L.S. policies and procedures related to information security and ethics.
• 📚 Continually improves vocabulary and specialized subject matter knowledge across areas such as medical, legal, and social services.

Requirements

• 📝 Submission of an updated Resume in English at the time of application.
• 🗣️ Completion of English Language Proficiency with a rating of “technical proficiency” (3 or higher on the ILR scale).
• ✅ Successful completion of a Mock Oral Interpretation Session, evaluated against 24 quality standards with a passing score.
• 💉 Completion of Propio's Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment with a passing score.
• 🔍 Full Background Check and Security Screen.
• 🤝 Signed commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and HIPAA compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 🕑 At least 1+ years of interpreting experience.
