We are seeking a dedicated, native Korean content editor to create engaging and educational content for our language learners. If you love languages and want to make a meaningful impact, this long-term remote opportunity is perfect for you!

📝 Job Description

As a Korean Content Editor, your main responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with a native English speaker to produce comprehensive language learning materials.
• Managing the Korean text, including creating learning content, curating videos, and annotating words with definitions and example sentences.
• Developing vocabulary flashcards and designing Korean learning courses.
• Adapting to new tools and software platforms, including familiarity with Asana and Slack is a plus.
• Working cooperatively with a global team to optimize our language services.

🎯 Job Requirements

• Passion for language education and a belief in its positive impact.
• Strong understanding of Korean and English grammar, structures, and linguistics.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Korean education, translation, or related linguistic fields.
• Excellent editing skills with keen attention to detail and professionalism.
• Ability to work remotely with a motivated, self-driven attitude.
• Clear and organized written communication skills.
• Availability to dedicate 15-20 hours weekly on a long-term basis.

⏳ Important Notes

There will be a practical test simulating actual FluentU work. The first 90 days serve as a trial period, during which either party can terminate the agreement if it’s not a good fit. Full pay is provided during this period, and successful completion leads to an ongoing, stable position.
