• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential), problem solving, & effective communication (written & verbal)
• Basic knowledge of logistics and/or supply chain management
• Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP systems

🎓 Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in planning, risk management, or finance within a logistics environment (preferred)

📝 Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze key operational and financial indexes regularly 📊
• Identify root causes for discrepancies between actual performance and forecasts
• Analyze issues and prepare reports or recommendations as directed by team leaders or departmental heads
• Investigate claim requests to validate their legitimacy
• Communicate with vendors to resolve claims effectively
• Gather and examine documentation related to claims
• Support the creation of ad-hoc reports as needed

🧠 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or similar
• Expertise in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical capabilities
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
• Experience with advanced supply chain and financial planning systems (SAP preferred) 💼
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
