Role: Salary/Exempt
Location: 70% PA office & 30% traveling within the US (first year)
Position Overview
This executive role is responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies within the Beauty Division. You will play a pivotal part in managing both organizational operations and sales performance. Leading a sales team of over 30 members, you will drive systematic process improvements and ensure steady sales growth. 🚀
Key Duties
- Formulate and execute sales strategies and manage sales targets
- Oversee sales order reviews and operational processes
- Manage and evaluate the performance of more than 25 sales teams
- Establish internal policies and reinforce execution within the organization
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales force
- Maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
- Analyze sales processes to identify areas for improvement
- Reduce costs and increase operational efficiency
- Partner with IT to enhance systems and address issues
- Support monthly meetings both domestically and internationally (Georgia, Pennsylvania, California) 🌎
Required Experience
- Proven sales experience in the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry
- Experience managing teams of over 25 sales organizations
- Fluent in Korean and English (Business Communication Level) 🌐
- Bachelor's degree from a U.S. college
Desired Experience & Skills
- Negotiation experience in B2B and distribution channel contracts
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Strong market analysis and data-driven decision-making capabilities 📊
