🔹 Position Summary

FNS, Inc. is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Korean & English), hands-on Part Leader to oversee daily production logistics at LG Energy Solution (LGES) Arizona Link Plant 2 in Phoenix. The successful candidate will manage frontline logistics associates, coordinate material flow, and provide operational reports to ensure safe, efficient logistics workflows in a fast-paced industrial setting. Leadership, operational awareness, and quick decision-making skills are essential for this role.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

🛠 Daily Operations Management

• Supervise logistics operations supporting production activities
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow
• Support production line replenishment and material staging
• Manage warehouse, production floor, and yard logistics activities
• Monitor dock operations, trailer flow, and shuttle coordination
• Ensure timely movement of materials for production schedules

⚙ Equipment & Automation Coordination

• Support operations involving:
  • Forklifts
  • Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs)
  • Yard Goats
  • Straddle Carriers
  • Reach Stackers
• Coordinate responses during equipment downtime and abnormal situations
• Work closely with operators and load planners to maintain operational continuity

👥 Team Leadership

• Lead shift associates and logistics operators
• Assign daily tasks and manage manpower
• Conduct shift meetings and operational handovers
• Train new associates on SOPs and safety standards
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline

🛡 Safety & Compliance

• Enforce FNS and customer safety policies
• Conduct daily safety briefings
• Promote 5S and safety culture
• Escalate unsafe conditions immediately
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions

📊 KPI & Reporting

• Track KPIs such as:
  • Production support timing
  • Inventory accuracy
  • Dock turnaround
  • Equipment utilization
  • Safety performance
• Prepare daily updates and shift reports
• Proactively escalate operational issues

💬 Customer Communication

• Coordinate with LGES production and quality teams
• Support IQC/OQC logistics activities
• Respond to urgent production support requests
• Participate in operational meetings as needed

🔖 Qualifications

Preferred Experience

• Battery, automotive, or ESS manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with SAP, eWM, WMS systems
• Experience with AMR or automated logistics operations

General Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Standard PPE during operation hours (own Steel-Toed Boots, Gloves, Hard Hat)
• Pass all screenings: E-Verify/I-9, Drug Test, Background Check
