Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics activities: Including shipping, receiving, and warehousing to guarantee timely delivery of goods 📦
• Manage inventory control: Oversee materials handling to maintain optimal stock levels 📊
• Utilize TMS: Plan and implement transportation strategies effectively 🚛
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with demand planning, production, and category management teams 🤝
• Implement process improvements: Enhance operational efficiency within the supply chain ⚙️
• Oversee warehouse activities: Ensure safety standards and workflow efficiency are maintained 🏭
• Perform root cause analysis: Address logistics issues with effective solutions 🔍
• Manage relationships: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize freight operations 📞

Qualifications

• Language proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English for effective client communication 🗣️
• Relevant experience: Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or related fields 🏢
• Technical skills: Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems 💻
• Knowledge of best practices: Familiar with data collection, inventory, and materials management 📈
• Additional skills: Understanding of transportation planning, shipping & receiving, and freight operations 🚢
• Analytical capabilities: Ability to interpret data for informed decisions 🔬
• Education: High school diploma or GED required 🎓

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $23.00.
