Korean Bilingual Logistic Operation Staffs

Join our dynamic team as a bilingual logistics professional, where you'll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations across multiple transportation modes.

Responsibilities 🚚✈️🚢

• Monitor and manage the entire process of product movement via air, ocean, and land/trucking transportation
• Track shipments across different channels to ensure timely delivery
• Report monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function
• Communicate daily with customers, carriers, and internal staff to coordinate logistics activities
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate operational performance and external supply chain partnerships
• Support logistics procedures aligned with company policies to achieve team goals
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions and documentation
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies or issues related to transportation and logistics systems
• Ensure documentation compliance by keeping account records up-to-date and accessible
• Analyze logistics operations to identify cost-effective transportation methods
• Coordinate with site managers and team members for seamless operations
• Perform ad-hoc reports as required for various logistics analyses
• Undertake other relevant duties to support logistics functions as needed

Requirements & Qualifications 🎯

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-5+ years of experience in the logistics industry, including freight forwarding and strategic planning
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with multi-task management and attention to detail
• Positive attitude toward solving problems and providing excellent customer care
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills for open and effective dialogue
• Ability to work well under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Strong work ethic
• Korean Bilingual proficiency is required
• Ability to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
