📝 Responsibilities

• Research: Conduct thorough research via online resources, phone interviews, and in-person meetings with subject matter experts.

• Writing: Summarize research outcomes and produce comprehensive reports in coordination with team members in a multicultural office setting.
• Seminar & Conference Attendance: Attend congressional hearings, seminars, and conferences; prepare briefing memos based on these events.

🎓 Qualifications

• Language: Native-level fluency in Japanese is required. 🇯🇵
• Experience: 2–5 years of research and analytical experience with strong research skills.
• Skills: Ability to work independently and in team settings under tight deadlines.
• Mindset: Motivated, quick learner with a keen interest in research and consulting fields.
• Education: Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, international affairs, public policy, public administration, political science, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. 🎓
