📝 General Position Summary
This position is responsible for executing day-to-day recruitment tasks, supporting marketing efforts, and handling sales administration to contribute to our company's success.
🔍 Essential Job Functions
Recruiting and HR Administration
- Handle the complete recruitment process for both clients and candidates.
- Receive and input job orders and applicant data into the company system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategies.
- Coordinate communications between clients, candidates, and internal personnel.
- Maintain and organize HR-related documents, databases, and confidential information.
- Research through various career websites, competitors, and market trends for recruiting insights.
- Review resumes, screen applicants, and recommend qualified candidates to clients.
- Arrange and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate job offers, salaries, and facilitate the hiring process for selected candidates.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and clients to nurture relationships and build a talent pipeline.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
🎯 Marketing
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, potential clients, and applicants.
- Update and manage online job postings across various platforms.
- Enhance ONEPOWER's digital presence through website and social media optimization.
- Review and update marketing materials and website content periodically.
- Place advertisements on relevant websites to attract candidates.
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to increase website traffic and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns including SEO, SEM, and social media efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends to refine marketing approaches.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as needed.
🏢 Office and Sales Administration
- Translate and interpret between Japanese and English as needed.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and data entry tasks.
- Prepare documents, worksheets, and correspondence in both languages.
- Assist with preparing presentation materials for meetings.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, management, clients, and candidates.
- Support sales administration activities as required.
🛠 Other & Miscellaneous
- Continuously seek improvements for work efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with special projects and additional duties assigned by senior management.
- Uphold high ethical standards in all work-related activities.
- Report irregularities or issues promptly to management.
- Maintain effective communication within the organization and with external contacts.
- Work overtime when necessary to meet objectives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred, or 3-5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, writing)
- Experience in translation and interpretation (business level preferred)
- Minimum of 3+ years in administrative, customer service, HR, accounting, or sales support roles
- Knowledge of Japanese business practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with document processing, record management, and supporting departments
- Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other standard software
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
