We are looking for an IT Division Manager based in California's South Bay / Orange County. This is an internal company role, not for SIer or vendor positions.

Responsibilities include managing the internal IT department, leading projects, system implementation, vendor management, and user support, with a focus on business-aligned IT strategies and operations.

We are hiring a Bilingual IT Project Manager / PMO / Business Analyst to support Japanese financial institutions in the U.S., especially within banking, securities, and insurance industries.

This role involves coordinating between U.S. and Japanese stakeholders, managing project timelines, issue and risk tracking, facilitating meetings, and documentation. Candidates should have 3+ years of relevant experience and be fluent in both Japanese and English.

【Additional Information】

• Start: 6 months to 1 year with possible extension
• Salary: From $140,000 USD+ depending on experience
• Work Hours: 9:00–17:00 (overtime paid separately)
