Position Overview
Reporting to the President and Branch Manager, this part-time role offers flexible work hours and the opportunity to work remotely within the Eastern Time Zone.

- Part-time: 3 or 4 days/week, 4 or 5 hours/day
- Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Based in Georgia, ONEPOWER Consulting LLC specializes in executive-level placements. We are currently seeking a remote staff member in the Accounting and Administration sector to join our growing team.
🌟 Responsibilities
💼 Accounting
- Processing payroll via ADP
- Creating invoices and managing bookkeeping with QuickBooks
- Organizing and filing receipts and documents
- Communicating with vendors, CPA offices, and government agencies in English
- Handling accounting and legal inquiries
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports in collaboration with the Branch Manager
- Identifying and reducing unnecessary expenses to increase revenue
- Managing Accounts Receivable (AR), timesheets, and facilitating communication with clients, candidates, and recruiters
- Reviewing services such as insurance, software, phone plans, and researching better options
- Creating comprehensive financial reports, including Cost Analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Note: Responsibilities may evolve based on company needs
🗃️ Office Administration
- Supporting the President’s administrative and accounting tasks, managing schedules and appointments
- Maintaining an organized database and internal information system
- Continuously reviewing and improving operational effectiveness, tools, and processes
- Developing and updating manuals for administrative and recruitment tasks
- Enhancing ONEPOWER’s market presence and company image through marketing efforts in collaboration with the Branch Manager
- Reducing staff turnover by improving onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing licenses, compliance, and regulatory requirements at federal, state, and local levels
- Handling inquiries and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Supporting the recruiting department with administrative assistance
