Position Details

• Official Title: Maintenance Parts Assistant
• Employment Type: Direct Hire, Non-Exempt
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (No remote or hybrid options)
• Salary: $21 – $22 per hour + Bonus + Mileage Allowance
• Report To: Maintenance Manager

Main Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Parts Assistant, your key duties will include:

• Managing domestic and international parts quotations
• Order processing and shipping
• Invoicing and inventory control
• Providing customer support for maintenance service operations
