About the Role & Team
Imagine spending your day helping families from Japan craft the trip of a lifetime at Disney! As a Japanese-Speaking Vacation Advisor, you'll be the vital bridge connecting Disney Vacation Club Members with our world-class Parks, Resorts, Cruises, and Adventures.

This full-time, remote position is based on the beautiful island of Oahu, reporting to the Member Services Manager.
You Will
- Provide information (via phone or email) to Japanese-speaking Disney Vacation Club Members about resorts, cruises, dining, and activities.
- Assist members in planning personalized trips that maximize their time and resources.
- Document interactions accurately on the computer to keep records up-to-date.
- Offer expert travel advice on Disney destinations' amenities and options.
- Resolve member concerns and provide solutions to ensure a magical experience.
- Stay informed about the latest Disney news and offerings to provide current, relevant information.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay well-versed in Disney products and services.
You Will Have
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and professional fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- A high-speed internet connection and a private home workspace on Oahu.
- The ability to help Guests make the most of their vacations.
- A talent for connecting warmly over the phone and email.
- Availability to work "Japan" hours: 2 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday Hawaii time, with flexible scheduling including holidays.
- Occasional willingness to work at Aulani resort for training or operational needs.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to make quick, informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hospitality industry experience.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Knowledge of Disney Vacation Club products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations effectively.
Required Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
