- Office Location: Shenzhen, China
- Reporting To: Marketing Center Director (based in Nanjing)
Responsibilities
- Market Development: Expand and manage the Japanese market, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales & Revenue: Drive product sales in Japan and manage collection of payments.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research, analysis, and forecasting to identify new opportunities and develop new customers.
- Strategic Input: Offer insights and suggestions regarding sales policies and plans to support business growth.
