• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools, methods, and processes.
• Ensure a high level of partner service and foster a positive partner experience.
• Track and follow up on cases to ensure they are resolved efficiently and within deadlines.
• Adhere to regulations regarding Personal and Performance Data Confidentiality and Security.

Requirements ✅

• Fluent in Italian and English
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Capability to handle multiple outsourced business transactions—such as information requests, service inquiries, complaints, and sales requests—across all channels (phone, email, chat)
