About Us

Located at the heart of Babylon Village, our Italian restaurant and pizzeria focuses on high-quality products and a comfortable work setting. We are an independent, family-owned establishment, conveniently within a ten-minute walk from the LIRR station.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of restaurant experience
• Proficient knife skills
• Knowledge of butchering and filleting proteins
• Ability to work at any station, including sauté and grill
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Job Details

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year
• Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends included
  • Holidays
  • Workweek: 50-55 hours
• Work Location: In person
