Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor
- Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers 📞
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database 💾
- Handle client complaints in accordance with the company’s escalation policy and ensure they are logged properly 📝
- Respond to support calls and emails, ensuring resolution within the defined SLAs and proper logging 📧
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training 🔧
- Provide recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions to enhance customer support 💡
Requirements for the Customer Technical Advisor
- High School Diploma or higher 🎓
- Native/Fluent Italian speaking skills 🇮🇹
- Good command of English, C1 level or higher 🗣️
- Typing speed: 20 words per minute ⌨️
- Active listening skills 👂
- Excellent problem-solving abilities 🧩
- Strong troubleshooting skills 🛠️
