Your Role as a Customer Technical Advisor

• Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers 📞
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database 💾
• Handle client complaints in accordance with the company’s escalation policy and ensure they are logged properly 📝
• Respond to support calls and emails, ensuring resolution within the defined SLAs and proper logging 📧
• Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training 🔧
• Provide recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions to enhance customer support 💡

Requirements for the Customer Technical Advisor

• High School Diploma or higher 🎓
• Native/Fluent Italian speaking skills 🇮🇹
• Good command of English, C1 level or higher 🗣️
• Typing speed: 20 words per minute ⌨️
• Active listening skills 👂
• Excellent problem-solving abilities 🧩
• Strong troubleshooting skills 🛠️
