🌍 TL;DR

We’re hiring a bilingual (Italian/English), Italy-based Content Associate to lead and expand Hallow’s Italian-language app. This role involves creating original prayer content and managing end-to-end content operations.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Manage Italian Content Operations: Build a rich content library of prayer materials, collaborating closely with audio production, engineering, voiceover artists, translation teams, and external partners.
• Create and Translate Prayers: Research global prayer traditions, translate prayers from English to Italian, and craft original prayers in Italian. A strong background in theology and writing is essential.
• Engage with Guest Contributors: Reach out to speakers, authors, and theologians for guest content such as prayer sessions and Bible stories. Attend live recordings when needed, in person or virtually.
• Oversee Content Lifecycle: Support all launch phases, from contract negotiations and payments to quality assurance, studio bookings, and content releases.
• Achieve Key Goals: Report to the Head of International on KPIs related to content production, community retention, and partnerships. Set quarterly objectives for the Italian content team.
• Collaborate with Teams: Offer insights to Growth and Product teams on advertising, messaging, email campaigns, and app improvements in Italian.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Passion for Our Mission: Enthusiastic about prayer, faith, and community-building.
• Bilingual Skills: Native Italian speaker with fluent English abilities.
• Location & Travel: Reside in Italy, able to occasionally travel for recordings, and flexible to work evenings to overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Experience: Over 2 years of translating content from English to Italian, with a focus on quality and cultural relevance.
• Exceptional Communication: Skilled in negotiations, relationship-building, and outreach—experience with influencer marketing or regional Catholic communities is a plus.
• Grit & Attention to Detail: Committed to delivering top-quality content in a competitive market.
