• Gather and analyze data to identify ways to enhance the overall user experience 📊
• Enforce Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse and ensuring compliance 🚦

Requirements

• Fluent C1 level in Italian 🗣️
• Good command of English (B2) 🇬🇧
• Willingness to relocate to Athens or already residing there 🏙️
• Customer Support experience is an advantage 💼
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 🤝
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 🧠
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle process and information changes 🔄
• Proficiency with external systems and PC-based applications 💻
• Ability to provide necessary documentation such as ID/Passport and Birth Certificate 📝
