Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile
- ✔️ Proven experience as a Head Chef or Italian Chef in an upscale restaurant or luxury hotel
- 🍷 Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine
- 🏆 Experience in fine dining settings
- 🎯 Solid leadership and organizational abilities
- 💼 Good understanding of cost control and kitchen management
- ⏱️ Ability to perform under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent training
- Experience with modern Italian concepts or high-end dining standards
- Knowledge of Italian wines and products is a plus 🍷
