Job Overview

As an integral part of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking classic Southern Italian dishes, mastering pizza craftsmanship, assisting in menu planning, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the kitchen. Responsibilities 🥘🍕

  • Prepare and cook authentic Southern Italian dishes — including traditional pasta, seafood, and vegetable-based recipes.
  • Master pizza making — ensure each pie meets high standards for dough quality, toppings, and presentation.
  • Assist with menu planning — highlight regional specialties and seasonal ingredients.
  • Oversee food production processes — maintain consistency, quality, and authenticity across all dishes.
  • Manage food safety practices — proper handling, storage, and sanitation at all times.
  • Support kitchen operations — supervise team members during shifts and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Participate in inventory control — manage stock rotation and place supply orders to prevent shortages.

Experience & Qualifications 🌟

  • Proven culinary experience focusing on Southern Italian cuisine and pizza preparation.
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurant settings is highly desirable.
  • Background with catering or large-scale food production is a plus.
  • Leadership or supervision experience within a kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food management systems, including inventory and cost control.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Hospitality or restaurant management background is beneficial but not mandatory.
