About the Role

Are you proactive, friendly, and motivated? We are seeking an Italian-speaking Ad-Sales Specialist to become a key part of our team based in Athens. Your main responsibility will be to help businesses thrive through digital advertising solutions.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• 🤝 Engage daily with agencies and advertisers via phone, chat, and email
• 🔄 Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with prompt follow-ups
• 📝 Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions
• 🎯 Set up, manage, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• 📊 Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and proactively enhance results
• 💬 Guide clients to the appropriate support when extra expertise is required
• 🚀 Help clients maximize their advertising outcomes continuously

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• 🗣️ Fluency in Italian and excellent knowledge of English
• 📅 At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• 🗣️ Strong communication and presentation skills
• 💼 Commercial mindset with a goal-oriented approach
• 👩‍💻 Quick learner, tech-savvy, and a team player
• 🧘‍♂️ Confident problem solver who remains calm under pressure
