Your Main Responsibilities:

• Engage daily with agencies and advertisers via phone, chat, and email 📞💬✉️
• Handle a mix of warm inbound leads and outbound outreach with quick follow-ups ⚡
• Understand client needs and recommend the most effective advertising solutions 🎯
• Set up, run, and optimize digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads 💻
• Monitor performance, identify trends, and proactively improve results 📈
• Guide clients to the right support when additional expertise is needed 🤝
• Help clients maximize their advertising outcomes continuously 💪

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Fluency in Italian and excellent knowledge of English
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Commercial mindset with a drive to hit targets 🎯
• Quick learner, tech-savvy, and team player 🤝
• A confident problem solver who remains calm under pressure 🧘‍♂️
• Highly self-motivated and capable of managing your own workload 🚀
