About the Role

This position is not a basic support role. We need someone with hands-on experience in configuring, fixing, and improving systems to streamline our operations and elevate our technological infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Systems & CRM

• Setup and manage CRM systems
• Configure loan templates, workflows, and lender integrations
• Oversee CRM pipeline, automation processes, and leads management

General IT

• Manage user accounts, email systems, and permissions
• Troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues
• Enhance systems and automate workflows for efficiency

Requirements

• Experience with CRM platforms
• Knowledge of website, domain, DNS, and SSL setup
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Mortgage, lending, or fintech industry experience
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Zapier, APIs, and workflow automation
• Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits 💼

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
