We are currently inviting skilled Simultaneous Interpreters from English into German to join our growing teams. This role involves providing top-quality interpretation, ensuring accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver simultaneous and/or consecutive translations during events
• Ensure the target text faithfully reflects the source message
• Maintain grammatical accuracy and preserve key terminology
• Identify and correct inconsistencies and cultural references
• Provide high-quality audio recordings when required (RSI)

Requirements

Main Qualifications

• Degree in Translation, Applied Linguistics, Interpreting, or equivalent experience
• Native proficiency in one of the languages involved
• Excellent command of English (both comprehension and writing)
• Strong linguistic and cultural competence in source and target languages
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting project priorities
• Professionalism under pressure and adherence to tight deadlines
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with simultaneous & consecutive interpreting
• Familiarity with interpretation systems (e.g., Bidule)
• Experience in translating technical courses is a plus
