About The Role: International Operations Associate 🌍
As Fora expands globally, we are seeking a bilingual, tech-savvy, AI-native International Operations Associate to enhance growth and operational efficiency across new markets, beginning with Mexico and Latin America. This role is pivotal in localizing our offerings and scaling our international presence, working closely with the GM of Fora Mexico.
Key Responsibilities 🎯
Sales & Advisor Growth
- Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts to recruit new advisors
- Facilitate onboarding webinars, follow-ups, and sales calls
- Manage the LATAM HubSpot queue: qualifying leads and converting prospects into advisors
- Own the sales funnel: monitor, optimize, and refine to scale effectively
Support Infrastructure & Localization
- Design and implement scalable, localized operational systems
- Develop support tools like WhatsApp for Business and Intercom
- Identify automation opportunities to improve support and efficiency
AI & Tech Enablement
- Explore and develop AI tools to streamline workflows
- Create internal resources and scripts to boost team productivity in international markets
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams across Business Development, Support, Product, and Marketing
- Advocate for the needs of international advisors internally
What We’re Looking For: Requirements & Preferred Skills 📝
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong understanding of Latin American markets
- Certifications or coursework in tech, data, or AI (e.g., computer science, data science)
- Proven problem-solving and execution skills
- Excellent communication skills, confident in webinars and presentations
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to process improvement
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI) and automation platforms
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, collaborative, eager to learn
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate
Strongly Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM and support platforms like HubSpot, Intercom, WhatsApp for Business
- Portfolio of AI or automation projects
- Experience in startups, student ventures, or international business environments
- Experience or studies focused on Latin American markets
