About the International Sales Trainee Program - Italian Market 🎯
The program begins in September 2026, based in Breda, Netherlands, and lasts one year. It offers immersive experience in the polymers industry with a focus on developing your commercial skills.
- Work closely with departments such as Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to understand the full commercial cycle.
- Take on responsibilities including market research, competitor analysis, participation in industry events, and customer support activities.
Throughout the year, you'll receive comprehensive training:
- Sales fundamentals from top Dutch sales trainers 🏆
- Product knowledge sessions
- Personal development courses
You will be mentored by an experienced Sales Professional who will coach and support your growth. The Managing Director and HR Manager will also guide you through the program.
Upon successful completion, you'll have the opportunity to step into a full-time Sales Representative role in the Italian market.
Your Profile ✅
- Degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Business Administration, Marketing)
- Ambitious, driven, and goal-oriented with a solution-focused mindset
- Proactive with strong communication skills in native-level Italian and good English
- Adventurous and excited about living and working abroad
- Some sales experience is a plus but not required
