Program Overview & What You'll Gain
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Breda, Netherlands
Duration: 1 year
During this hands-on program, you will:
- Gain practical experience in international sales and learn the full commercial process
- Collaborate with departments like Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
- Manage projects such as market analysis, competitor research, and customer development
You will receive comprehensive training, including:
- Sales fundamentals from top Netherlands sales trainers
- Product training tailored to the polymers industry
- Personal development courses
You will be mentored by experienced sales professionals, with ongoing support from the Managing Director and HR Manager. Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Representative role for the Italian market.
Your Profile 🎯
- Degree in a technical or business-related field (e.g., chemistry, business administration, marketing)
- Ambitious, motivated, and goal-oriented
- Pro-active with strong communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and good in English
- Adventurous and excited about living and working abroad
- Preferably with some sales experience (internships welcomed)
