We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist for a remote position. • Handle incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments across multiple locations 📞
• Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients 🗣️
• Document and confirm requested appointments accurately 📝
• Deliver outstanding customer service 🌟
• Determine the most suitable location, clinician, and appointment type for each patient 🏥
• Manage incoming faxes from referral sources 📠
• Route general inquiry calls efficiently 📞
• Follow up with patients for no-shows or rescheduled appointments 🔄

Minimum Qualifications ✅

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
• At least 2 years of related experience in customer service, call centers, or medical records/insurance 📞

Preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish 🗣️
• Experience in Orthotic and Prosthetic fields 🦾
• Knowledge of EMR systems (NextGen) 💻

Compensation & Benefits 💰

Pay range: $17.75 to $22.00 per hour plus an annual bonus of up to 5% based on bonus criteria. This range complies with wage transparency laws and varies based on skill, location, and other factors.
