We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist for a remote position. - Handle incoming calls from patients and schedule appointments across multiple locations 📞
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients 🗣️
- Document and confirm requested appointments accurately 📝
- Deliver outstanding customer service 🌟
- Determine the most suitable location, clinician, and appointment type for each patient 🏥
- Manage incoming faxes from referral sources 📠
- Route general inquiry calls efficiently 📞
- Follow up with patients for no-shows or rescheduled appointments 🔄
Minimum Qualifications ✅
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent 🎓
- At least 2 years of related experience in customer service, call centers, or medical records/insurance 📞
Preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish 🗣️
- Experience in Orthotic and Prosthetic fields 🦾
- Knowledge of EMR systems (NextGen) 💻

Compensation & Benefits 💰
Pay range: $17.75 to $22.00 per hour plus an annual bonus of up to 5% based on bonus criteria. This range complies with wage transparency laws and varies based on skill, location, and other factors.
