Key Responsibilities 📋

• Establish and maintain customer relationships, including follow-up as needed
• Develop new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
• Use a needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options
• Develop quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close sales
• Build and maintain ongoing networking relationships
• Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success
