Job Purpose 🎯

As an Internal Sales Specialist with German proficiency, you will own accounts within a specific sub Business Unit (BU). Your role involves deep product and process knowledge, managing quotes and closing orders, and being incentivized based on your portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise 🤝
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business and identify opportunities 📞
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets 📈
• Gather customer insights and plan strategic engagement to drive sales 💡
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales support when technical input is required 🛠️
• Provide accurate and timely quotations across relevant segments 📝
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer backorder expectations 🔄
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling 🤝
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers (BDMs) when specialized knowledge is needed 💼

What We're Looking For ✅

• Excellent proficiency in German 🗣️
• Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM 📊
• IT industry knowledge is desirable but not essential 💻
• Excellent telephone manner 🎧
• Understanding of the Sales Process 🚧
• Strong relationship-building skills 🤝
• 3+ years of relevant experience 🕒
• Numerate with keen attention to detail 🔍
• Priority management and strategic planning skills 🎯
• Motivated to achieve and surpass targets 🚀
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 💼
