We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative / Inventory Control professional to join a global company. If you have a passion for customer relations, inventory management, and are eager to work in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities 📝

• Maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts
• Support clients in developing and strengthening customer accounts within the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Provide quotes and efficiently process orders
• Conduct on-site inventory checks at customer locations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications 🎓

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• 2-5 years of inside sales and account management experience, preferably in manufacturing industries
• Japanese language skills are a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and SAP ERP software
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds (and over with a lift assist), climbing stairs, handling parts/equipment, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, talking, and hearing. Also required to use visual senses including close, distance, color, depth, and peripheral vision
• Willing and able to travel up to 3 hours round trip from Plain City, OH
