Job Purpose

As an Internal Sales with German proficiency, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts within a specialized sub Business Unit. You will develop in-depth knowledge of our portfolio, processes, and vendor pricing, handle all quotes, and drive order closures. Your efforts will be incentivized based on your portfolio performance. 💼

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors through proactive engagement and product expertise. 🤝
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business opportunities. 📞
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets. 🎯
• Gather customer insights and plan strategic engagement to boost sales. 📊
• Manage or coordinate projects, involving pre-sales support when technical input is required. 🔧
• Provide accurate, timely quotations across relevant segments. 📝
• Maintain CRM data integrity and manage customer backorder expectations. 📋
• Support partner development through account planning and cross-selling initiatives. 🤝
• Identify project opportunities and collaborate with Business Development Managers when specialized knowledge is needed. 💡

What We're Looking For

• Excellent proficiency in German 🗣️
• Experience with IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM
• Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus but not essential 💻
• Exceptional telephone manner 📞
• Understanding of the sales process
• Strong relationship-building skills 🤝
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience
• Numerate with keen attention to detail 🔍
• Effective priority management and planning skills 📅
• Target-driven mindset and goal orientation 🎯
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
