As the leading provider for Practice Management & Patient Engagement, we are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales (all genders) to join our expanding Sales Team.

Role Overview

In this pivotal role, you will identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities. Your efforts will drive revenue growth by engaging potential clients, effectively communicating our platform’s value, and supporting deal closures.

Reporting to your Team Lead, you'll work closely with our SDR team—who support your initial prospect outreach—and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do 🎯

  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Own your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and recommend the best solutions for healthcare professionals.
  • Identify growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
  • Contribute to AlfaDocs' success and help reach our ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare, managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
  • Strong skills in driving negotiations, handling objections, and guiding prospects confidently toward a decision.
  • Consultative, value-driven approach with the ability to build trust-based, long-term relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—empathetic, clear, and adaptable.
  • Experience in delivering engaging product demos and translating customer needs into tailored solutions.
  • Robust negotiation skills regarding pricing and contractual terms.
  • Fluent in Italian (native) and proficient in English (B2/C1).

Administrative Details

  • Contract: Starting with a 1-year fixed-term, renewable to indefinite.
  • Salary Range: € OTE (on target earnings)
  • Location: AlfaDocs GmbH, Dachauer Strasse, Munich, Germany
  • Office Model: Hybrid. 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch.
  • Trial Period: 30 days
  • Start Date: July to September 2025
