Join Our Team as a TikTok Coordinator – Supporting Spanish-speaking Affiliates 🚀

Role Overview

The TikTok Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting and engaging with Spanish-speaking affiliates. You'll ensure they feel welcomed, well-informed, and motivated to succeed by managing communications across platforms like WhatsApp, TikTok, email, and community channels. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new affiliates, organizing campaigns, challenges, and events that enhance performance and participation. Additionally, you'll track content, maintain records, and help develop scalable processes and resources to strengthen the affiliate program.

The ideal candidate is: organized, proactive, community-focused, and capable of providing friendly, professional support. You will maintain clear communication, foster engagement through structured programs, and collaborate closely with the Affiliate Manager to inspire growth and measurable results.

Responsibilities

🤝 Affiliate Support & Engagement

• Respond to Spanish-speaking affiliates via WhatsApp, TikTok, and email with professionalism, accuracy, and support.
• Foster a welcoming and engaging community environment, ensuring affiliates feel valued and motivated.
• Moderate and expand the Spanish-speaking affiliate community on WhatsApp and Discord, encouraging participation and connection.

📝 Onboarding & Program Operations

• Assist with onboarding new affiliates, clearly communicating program details, promotions, and rules to ensure understanding.
• Develop and maintain templates, SOPs, and communication resources to streamline operational workflows.
• Keep organized records of all affiliate communications, content submissions, and performance metrics.

🎯 Campaign & Event Coordination

• Organize and monitor affiliate campaigns and challenges, including videos, live streams, and other content.
• Support the planning and execution of events, weekly Spanish community meetings, and special initiatives to boost engagement.
• Partner with the Affiliate Manager to identify high-potential affiliates and support their growth.

🔍 Research & Insights

• Research TikTok trends, content strategies, and best practices tailored for Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Share actionable insights with affiliates and the Affiliate Manager to enhance content and engagement strategies.
• Monitor program performance and community participation, contributing to ongoing improvements and reports.

Other Responsibilities

Additional tasks as assigned to support the program’s success.

Travel Requirements ✈️

Some travel (approximately 15-20%) may be needed on an as-required basis, with advance notice provided.

Qualifications and Skills

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building genuine connections with diverse audiences.
• Strong customer service mindset—professional, patient, and solutions-oriented.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using TikTok Shop, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other digital platforms.
• Proactive problem solver, anticipating affiliate needs and taking initiative.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Preferred: Experience with affiliate marketing, influencer collaborations, e-commerce, and knowledge of TikTok trends and content strategies for Spanish-speaking audiences.

Compensation & Working Details 💼

Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, non-exempt, paid hourly.
