🎯 Position Summary

The HR Specialist will facilitate daily HR activities, including recruitment coordination, documentation management, training organization, and HR data tracking. The ideal candidate is proactive, attentive to detail, and capable of identifying areas for process improvements.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  1. 🔍 Recruitment Coordination

    • Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
    • Schedule interviews and track candidate progress
    • Maintain recruitment reports and ensure data accuracy
  2. 📄 HR Documentation & Compliance

    • Maintain, organize, and update employee records and HR documents
    • Review submissions for accuracy and completeness
    • Ensure proper storage of employee files
    • Identify and follow up on missing or incorrect information
    • Improve document organization and tracking systems continually
  3. 🎓 Training Coordination

    • Organize and coordinate training sessions aligned with company needs
    • Prepare training materials and track attendance
    • Maintain training documentation and follow-up records
  4. 💼 Compensation & Benefits Support

    • Assist in gathering data and feedback on compensation and benefits
    • Provide suggestions for salary structures and employee benefits improvements
    • Support the implementation of updated policies
  5. 📈 Performance Management Support

    • Collect and organize performance evaluation documents
    • Follow up on incomplete or pending submissions
    • Contribute ideas for enhancing evaluation standards and processes
  6. 🗃️ HR Data & Daily Support

    • Maintain HR tracking sheets for recruitment, employee data, and training
    • Ensure timely updates and accuracy
    • Support internal HR communication and respond to basic employee inquiries
    • Assist with other HR administrative tasks as needed

🎯 Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, administration, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent follow-up and execution skills
  • Comfortable working with data, documents, and tracking systems
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
