Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support: Assist with hiring for all Moida store locations, including job postings and candidate screening.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes such as orientations, background checks, and job changes.
• Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensure adherence to federal and multi-state regulations and maintain accurate personnel files across locations.
• Employee Engagement: Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits, and support management with performance issues, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably within retail or multi-unit environments
• Knowledge of employment laws for NJ and surrounding states
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
• Bilingual in Korean and English is highly desirable, as this role involves communication with our Korean-speaking headquarters and vendors
