Position Overview 📝

We are looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Specialist / Recruiter to assist the VP of HR in managing full-cycle recruiting and essential HR functions. This role is crucial in supporting our expanding operations and building strong, cohesive teams across all locations.

Key Responsibilities 📋

  • 🔍 Source and screen applicants for various roles, including front and back of house positions and managers
  • 📢 Post and manage all job advertisements
  • 💼 Manage the budget related to hiring platforms
  • 📊 Track hiring progress and report key data to management
  • 🛠️ Oversee HR projects such as onboarding, help desk tickets, workers' compensation, benefits administration, and workplace safety
  • 🦺 Support workplace safety and compliance initiatives

Work Schedule 🗓️

  • 🏢 100% in-office
  • ⏰ Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Qualifications & Skills 🎯

  • 🗣️ Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 💡 Creative, out-of-the-box thinker
  • 📅 Strong organizational and time management skills
  • ⚡ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • 🤝 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

  • ✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 🎓 Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • 📝 3–5+ years of recruiting or HR experience (hospitality experience a plus)
  • 💰 Payroll experience is a plus

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
